1 Teaspoon | Pernod |
2.5 cl | Maraschino Liqueur |
4.5 cl | Pineapple Juice |
1.5 cl | Grapefruit Juice (pink) |
0.7 cl | Almond Syrup |
1 Teaspoon | Grenadine Syrup |
2.5 cl | Lime Juice Fresh |
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender with ice (except the 151 proof)
2. Blend and pour into a Collins glass.
3. Float Bacardi 151 proof on top.
4. Garnish with a cherry.
5. Serve.
