Bombay Punch
Ingredients:
| 3 cl | Cognac |
| 1 cl | Maraschino Liqueur |
| 1 cl | Cointreau |
| 1 cl | Dry Sherry |
| Champagne | |
| 2 cl | Lemon Juice |
| Soda Water |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients, except soda water and champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a highball glass and complete with soda water and chilled champagne.
3. Garnish with a red cherry.
4. Serve.
