Beach Club
Ingredients:
| 4 cl | Light Rum |
| 2 cl | Lime Juice |
| 6 cl | Pineapple Juice |
| 1 Splash | Club soda |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sugar Syrup |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients, except the club soda, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into an ice filled lowball glass.
3. Garnish with lime peel and top with club soda.
4. Serve.
