Chilean Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
| 9 cl | Pisco |
| 4.5 cl | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | Egg White |
| 1 | Sugar granulated |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice.
4. Serve.
