Brandied Eggnog
Ingredients:
| 4.5 cl | Brandy |
| 0.8 cl | Tawny Port |
| 0.8 cl | Sugar Syrup |
| 10 cl | Milk |
| 1 | Egg Yolk |
| 2.3 cl | Cream |
Mixture:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour all ingredients in it.
2. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
3. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
4. Serve.
