| 1 Teaspoon | White Rum |
| 1.5 cl | Cherry Liqueur |
| 9 cl | Sparkling White Wine |
| 1.5 cl | Cream |
1. Pour all ingredients (except sparkling wine) into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir.
2. Strain into a highball glass.
3. Top with Sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
5. Serve.
