| 1 Cup | Coffee |
| 1 Pinch | Cinnamon |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sugar granulated |
| 1 Twist | Lemon Peel |
| 1 Twist | Orange peel |
1. Warm cognac in an irish glass.
2. Pour the hot coffee into the glass.
3. Add 2 dashes of triple sec.
4. Add twists of lemon and orange peel and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Sweeten to taste.
6. Serve.
