Absinthe Frappe
Ingredients:
| 4.5 cl | Pernod |
| 0.9 cl | Sugar Syrup |
Mixture:
1. Add crushed ice to a chilled highball glass.
2. Pour sugar syrup and Pernod into the glass.
3. Stir briskly until frost appears on sides of glass.
