3 Dashes | Peychaud bitters |
1/4 Teaspoon | Absinthe |
6 cl | Rye Whiskey |
1 Teaspoon | Sugar Syrup |
1. Swirl absinthe in a chilled old-fashioned glass until coated.
2. Add sugar, bitters, Whiskey and ice into a mixing glass and stir until cold.
3. Pour into the Abisinthe coated glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
