Ramos Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
| 1.5 cl | Lemon Juice Fresh |
| 4.5 cl | Gin |
| 3 cl | Sugar Syrup |
| 3 drops | Orange Flower Water |
| 5.5 cl | Cream |
| 1 | Egg White |
| 1.5 cl | Lime Juice Fresh |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients (except club soda) into a shaker and dry shake.
2. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a Highball glass.
4. Top with chilled Club Soda.
5. Serve.
