| Sparkling Wine | |
| 1.5 cl | Dry Vermouth |
Mixture:
1. Stir the Amaretto and Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Strain into a flute glass.
3. Top with sparkling white wine.
4. Serve cold.
