How to make your own Rum Cream Liqueur

Many people like to enjoy rum cream liqueur over ice or mixed into coffee and hot chocolate. To make Rum Cream Liqueur you will need one fourteen ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, one cup of heavy cream, one and a half cups of spiced rum, one ounce of dark caramel syrup, two ounces of gourmet chocolate, four teaspoons of instant coffee, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and one teaspoon of Goldschlager liqueur.
In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer, then add the chocolate and stir until it has melted completely. Remove from the heat and add the sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and caramel. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are combined well. Add in the rum and Goldschlager and stir. Then, using a hand blender, blend the mixture for two minutes in order to emulsify the mixture. You can then chill the mixture and serve or serve it at room temperature over ice. You can also store it in a bottle in the fridge to enjoy for yourself.
