Uses and Availability of Everclear (Spirit)

Manufactured by Luxco company, Everclear is considered a neutral grain spirit which means that it is free of any congeners.  It is imperative to state that at one point, Everclear entered into the Guinness world record as the drink with the highest level of alcohol. This is attributed to the fact that it has 75.5 percent concentrations of alcohol and ninety five percent alcohol content which is a considerably high amount compared to other hard liquors in the market. As such, the uses of spirit are quiet varied.

 

For starters, due to the alcohol content it is easy to add the same to soft drinks, fruit juice and iced tea among others. Alternatively, it is important to state that it is ideal for mixing cocktails and if need be, it can be substituted for vodka. At this point, it is important to note that the spirit is also used for cooking a fact that is attributed to the high level of alcohol that makes it easy to extract flavors that sweeten the food. Apart from these uses, it has some medicinal values which go a long way to ensure that it is used effectively as an antiseptic.

 

Due to the high level of alcohol content in the spirit, it is not easily availed though this is vary in accordance to the state one is in. For instance, in places like Canada, it is sold in specific places such as Alberta while in the United states, places like Michigan, Virginia and Washington do not permit the sale. Though this is the case, it is imperative to state that with a medical permit, you can easily get to but Everclear spirit without running into any legal difficulties. At this point, it is important to state some of the places where you can buy this spirit legally and these include; Maryland, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, and Oregon among other states.
