  • 4 cups of sugar
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of instant coffee
  • 2 cups of vodka
  • 1 tablespoon of whole vanilla bean
  • 1 vanilla bean

Right after collecting the ingredients, you should boil the water together with the sugar into a large pot until the sugar has been completely dissolved. This will then become the syrup. You should then remove the simple syrup from the heat and cool it for half an hour. When the syrup has cooled down, you should add a coffee and continuously stir as you pour the coffee into the liquid.

In a separate container, you should then combine the vodka together with vanilla and pour the mixture of the syrup into the coffee container. When you have successfully combined everything, you should then combine the container and store it in a cool and dark place for about three weeks and shake it daily. At the end of the three weeks, you should then strain the vanilla bean as well as the coffee grounds and discard it. The remaining liquid will become your coffee-flavored brandy.
