| 2 Teaspoons | 151-proof Rum |
| 4.5 cl | Light Rum |
| 3 cl | Grapefruit juice |
| 2 Teaspoons | Lime Juice |
| 1 Teaspoon | Coconut Cream |
1. Pour all ingredients (except the 151) into a blender.
2. Blend for about 15seconds on low speed.
3. Pour the mixture into a chilled Champagne saucer glass.
4. Float 151-proof rum on top.
5. Serve
