Pacific Wave
Ingredients:
| 3 cl | Vodka |
| 1.5 cl | Blue Curacao Liqueur |
| 1.5 cl | Lime Juice |
| 3 cl | Pineapple Juice |
| 3 cl | Schweppes Bitter Lemon |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients (except bitter lemon) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass 3/4 filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a straw.
4. Serve.
