Ingredients:
| 6 cl | Rum |
| 6 cl | Lemon Juice |
| Soda Water | |
| 1 | Egg Yolk |
| 1 Teaspoon | Sugar granulated |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a highball glass.
3. Top with soda water.
