6 cl Rum
6 cl Lemon Juice
Soda Water
1 Teaspoon Sugar granulated
1 Egg Yolk
Mixture:

1. Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Shake and strain into a highball glass.

3. Top with soda water.
