| 7.5 cl | Champagne |
| 1/2 | Lemon (Juice) |
| 1 Teaspoon | Water |
| 1 Teaspoon | Powdered sugar |
1. Squeeze juice of lemon or lime into a collins glass.
2. Add sugar and water and stir.
3. Fill glass with shaved ice.
4. Add champagne.
5. Stir well.
6. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw.
7. Serve.
