Dubarry
Ingredients:
| 1 Dash | Pernod |
| 5 cl | Gin |
| 1 Dash | Angostura Bitter |
| 2.5 cl | Dry Vermouth |
Mixture:
1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir and strain into a chilled white wine glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon zest.
4. Serve.
