| 1 cl | Apricot Brandy |
| 3 cl | Galliano |
| 1 cl | Lemon Juice |
| 6 cl | Pineapple Juice |
| 1.5 cl | Egg White |
Mixture:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with Pineapple fruits. 1. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a highball glass.
3. Garnish with a Pineapple fruits.
4. Serve.
