Blue Fix
Ingredients:
| 7.5 cl | Blue Curacao Liqueur |
| 1/2 | Lemon (Juice) |
| 1 Teaspoon | Water |
| 1 Teaspoon | Powdered sugar |
Mixture:
1. Squeeze juice of lemon or lime into a collins glass.
2. Add sugar and water.
3. Stir.
4. Fill glass with shaved ice and add blue curacao.
5. Stir well.
6. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a straw.
