| 1 Dash | Lime Juice |
| 4.5 cl | Sweet & Sour mix |

1. Pour all ingredients into a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend at low speed for 5 seconds, then blend at high speed until firm.
3. Pour contents into a champagne flute.
4. Top with a cherry and serve.
